3 ea Spiral notebooks, wide ruled (70 pages)
1 bx Pencils, #2 (10-12 count)
1 ea Scissors
3 ea Glue sticks
4 ea Pocket folders, plain colored
1 ea Pencil box
2 bx Tissues (to be turned in to the teacher)
1 bx Color pencils (12-count)
1 bx Markers, water-based, primary colors, 8-count
1 ea Calculator, basic function (prefer solor power)
1 pk Index cards (3" x 5" or 4" x 6")
The following items are required but are NOT included in the Life Skills Supply Box.
Hairbrush or comb (appropriate for your child)
Toothbrush and Toothpaste
Wallet (for weekly shopping purchases)
Padlock with 2 keys
Box of Ziploc bags (small or large)
Change of clothes to remain at school. Used in case of accidents. (Underwear and pants)
Fanny pack (for community outings). One with several zippered pockets is preferred.
Females: box of sanitary pads.
