The network engineers at Stans Office Technologies maintain continuous monitoring of servers, routers, circuits and other critical components of the network. In most cases, if a problem arises, an engineer will be in the process of resolving the issue within a few minutes.

Stans Office Technologies provides technical support for any questions you may have related to your Stans Internet Connection account. To speak with a support technician, call 815-338-0549 and listen carefully to the menu prompts. Select the option for the "Internet Help Desk". It may be necessary for you to leave a voice message and wait for a technician to call you back.

Support hours are as follows:

Weekdays (excluding holidays) 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

Saturdays (excluding holidays) 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
